If you feel like you’re paying too much for ladies’ car insurance in the UK, check how your insurance company grades your car. If so, research your provider’s policies on vehicle banding. Insurers set different premiums depending on how many gadgets your vehicle has. The more basic your vehicle is, the less it will cost to have it covered by an insurance provider. Where you keep your vehicle also makes a difference to the price of your premiums. The vehicle is less likely to be damaged if it is stored inside or on the drive in front of your house.
It is worth finding out the way your vehicle cover provider views your occupation. There are jobs that are thought to be less safe than others because you have to drive more. If you are in a ‘high risk’ category it might be worth shopping around to find a company that isn’t necessarily going to target you because of your career.
