Fucking dolt. They lied on the application. No soup for them. If they had been truthful, they would have sent in the application and taken their chances. If it had been denied, they could have tried other companies until they found a plan. Then they would have insurance, and they would not be in this pickle. They lied, now they have to pay for it. If it costs them their house, they have nobody to blame but themselves.

Cities and states across our great nation have been trying to curb cell phone use while driving because of the dangerous distractions it causes.
Public-private partnerships have been established to educate the public about avoiding the risks of phoning or texting while driving. Oprah Winfrey, for one, declared a “no-phone zone” for drivers. According to a survey by the Governors Highway Safety Association, Montana and most other states now require cell phone use while driving to be addressed in driver’s education courses.
Forty-three states, including Montana, collect data on cell phone use involvement in crashes. The numbers are disturbing: Although the number of fatalities nationwide decreased between 2004 and 2008, the number of crashes related to distracted driving actually increased with cell phone use being the No. 1 distraction.
Use of cell phones or other electronic devices was a contributing factor in at least 222 crashes last year in Montana, according to the Montana Highway Patrol. Cell phone use is probably under-reported in total crashes because drivers don’t necessarily admit to officers that they were texting or calling when they crashed. However, fatal crashes are extensively investigated. Last year, MHP determined that three crashes that killed a total of four people were related to cell phone use. Three victims were pedestrians; the oldest was 21.
